eDOCuman has two distinct business viz.,.a) Digitizing services which has now been morphed into the new entity - eRM Solutions Pvt Ltd and acquired by WeP Solutions Ltd. The following services were rendered:1. Creating Legal Hold Images from Digitizing (Use of PDF/A framework) 2. Transferring Physical Documents into Legal Hold Custody post digitizing3. Implementing Legal Hold Electronic Repository using Alfresco CE Open Source ECM system4. Implementing Mail Room Digitizing Wfm towards a ‘Less Paper Office’ environment5. Migration to PDF/A & Error Correction of e-Records stored in Legacy ECMS6. Developing eBooks from paper documents/manuals for cross platform usage and portability in hand held devices (Windows, iOS & Android)b) Consultancy services towards good documentation practices for health sciences. Alghanim Industries is the Kuwait based multi billion dollar conglomerate involved in more than 30 businesses (Industrial Goods Manufacturing, Automotive Sales & Services, Retailing and B2B) in 40 different countries. As the profit centre head of Xerox business in Kuwait my achievements and engagements are:2009 - Turned around Xerox Kuwait performance and achieved top market share in value position, setup in-house Document Solutions Training Centre, grew the Production Systems Group (PSG) business and successfully carried out the Green Belt Project for Managed Print Services within Alghanim Group.2010 - Restructured Xerox Kuwait operations, grew market share and retained No.1 position for the second consecutive year. The unit has been prepared to transit into solutions & services company closely following Xerox Global Document Outsourcing (GDO) program.2011 - Made excellent progress on previous years divisional restructuring, met with overall growth objectives, identified & recruited my successor and handed over the unit in the best performing state. Received personal note of appreciation from the President of the Company for outstanding achievement.

Co-founder of the company along with Shamsuddeen, MD of Graphic Group. eDocuMAN was setup as a Free zone company within Dubai Internet City community with the sole objective of providing Information Management Compliancy solutions to the region. The company had a tie-up with NRGI, UK (Ricoh owned subsidiary) to provide document solutions training to its distributors. Extremely successful venture and won several high profile DM projects from EMAAR, Emirates Airlines, Dubai World, Road Transport Authority (RTA)-Dubai Govt and so on.I was overseeing Graphic Group operations, as its Director as well, during my tenure with eDocuMAN.

Responsible for the successful launch of Rex-Rotary (Ricoh) brand in the UAE & Oman. In 2001, the brand had the largest digital MFP placements in UAE alongside Xerox. Throughout my career with Graphic, the company won several distributorship awards for outstanding performances.Besides developing the Office Automation business, was responsible for IT support services and HRD of the group.It was at this stage that I provided the group with the idea of setting up eDocuMAN Fz LLC, which moved Graphic into a different zone and won the company region wide recogonition as a dependable document management solution provider.
