A. Liaison with Casino Management1. Documents procedure infractions2. Documents incidents of theft, Scam etc.3. Conducts or assigns Close Watch or other special surveillance4. Informs Superior of special observation requests5. Forwards all reports to Superior6. Recommends Close Watch on personnel observed to be acting suspiciously7. Makes proper notifications of Gaming and other violations8. Represents Director in his absence9. Handles communication with Casino management and Security on his shift10. Forwards information as required to Casino management11. Liaison with Gaming Regulatory authorities and law enforcement, as instructed by DirectorB. Daily functions1. Arrives early to receive briefing from outgoing shift2. Handles scheduling for his own shift3. Assigns operator duties4. Ensures all reports are complete and understandable5. Recommends personnel for promotion and disciplinary actions6. On the job training on casino operations, equipment and Surveillance activities7. Ensures proper function of equipment8. Briefs incoming shift as required9. Maintains data files on criminal activity, advantage players and procedural infractions10. Other duties as delegated by Seniors.
