Seaview Wharf Renewal ProjectAs a Project Engineer I am looking after different packages of work that involves site execution work, costing, estimation, forecasting, planning and Procurement. Interaction with client and understanding the scope of work and the project requirements. Preparing method statement and JSEA for specific work and looking after health and safety in relation to work. Also I am involved in ECI work for different projects, preparing construction methodology for estimating.

Project: Mumbai Trans Harbour Link Project - Construction of 21.8 km Sea Link Bridge (Mumbai - Navi Mumbai)As a Senior Engineer Civil, I led a team of Civil Engineers and Technicians and was responsible for the delivery of infrastructure and master planning projects of the sea link bridge. My job responsibilities include site management work, marine piling, managing piling gantry, estimation, planning, site set out work, supervision of construction like marine piling, foundation, In-situ pier cap and enduring specification/scope are meet, budgeting, and ensuring quality control at the site.Apart from site management and planning work I was responsible for site safety work and used to conduct health and safety toolbox meetings daily. In addition, to site safety work I used to look after sub-contractor management, cost control of labor, material, plant, and equipment to meet budgeted project targets.

Project: Mumbai Metro Rail Project Line 2A (18 Km Metro Project from Andheri to Dahisar, Mumbai)Working as a Civil Engineer, my duties included aiding the Project/Site managers with a progress report, site management, looking after the sub-contractor work and managing their work, attending safety toolbox meetings. I was also responsible for site execution work like piling, foundation, structural work like column, precast girders, piers, and ensuring the QA/QC for a rapid transportation project. I acted as a liaison between clients, consultants, sub-contractors, engineers, and the labor force.Apart from site management work, I was involved in office/admin work like preparing daily job reports, managing subcontractor variations, work progress reports, and documentation.
