- Overall Packaging of Diesel Engine for Rail, Marine, Mining, Oil & Gas, Defense, Automotive, Genset and Pump application as per scope of project to meet end user requirements without compromising engine performance.- Design & packaging of diesel engine sub-systems (Intake, Exhaust, Cooling, Fuel supply, Lube oil system) by considering critical material requirement, compactness, weight limitations, operating limits and factor of safety.- Prepare technical project proposals & preliminary packaging of engine by considering confined space requirement- Participated in DFMEA, DVP&R, New vendor development, Engineering release process

- Genset peripheral component, mechanical sub-system design, modeling and handling complex assemblies using Creo tool.- Design of canopy, Base-frame & all sub-systems for Genset by considering engine installation space constrains, heat dissipation from engine, exhaust emission, acoustic and vibrations.- Proper use of GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009), ASTM, ISO material standards while drawing preparation.- Concept design, Risk review, finalize concept considering manufacturing aspect, design verify & Validate.- Conduct comprehensive testing of units like Radiator cooling, fan performance, air intake restriction, exhaust back pressure, noise reduction. Also analyze those test results and took corrective actions if required- Successfully demonstrated performance testing in front of approving authority- CPCB-II Emission
