Key Responsibilities-1.Conducting Training Sessions:Deliver training programs for new and existing field staff on microfinance products, operational processes, policies, and customer engagement.Use interactive and practical teaching methods to ensure understanding and retention.Customize training content to suit the local context and needs of the staff.2.Skill Development:Focus on developing critical skills for field staff, including customer handling, sales techniques, documentation processes, and financial literacy.Conduct refresher courses to continuously upgrade the team’s skills.Evaluate trainees’ understanding through assessments and practical exercises.3.On-the-Job Training:Provide hands-on training to field staff by accompanying them during customer visits.Offer real-time feedback and coaching on improving service quality and customer interaction.Help field staff apply learning directly in their work environment.4.Monitoring and Evaluation:Track the performance of field staff post-training to gauge training effectiveness.Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training materials and methods.Prepare training reports and document training progress and outcomes.5.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure that training sessions adhere to BFIL’s operational guidelines and regulatory standards.Emphasize adherence to quality and compliance during training to maintain the company’s credibility.6.Reporting:Maintain and submit regular training reports and metrics to the Regional Training Manager.Key Skills and Competencies-Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to teach complex concepts in a simple, relatable manner.Patience and adaptability to meet the learning pace of different trainees.Good understanding of microfinance operations, especially BFIL’s Business core processes & policies.Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation (Microsoft office)Familiarity with local languages and culture.

Process Optimization:Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational tasks and take corrective actions when necessary.Ensure that branch processes comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.3. Compliance & Risk Management:Work closely with compliance teams to enforce policies and maintain regulatory adherence.Monitor and mitigate operational risks, including loan delinquency, fraud, and non-compliance.Conduct periodic audits of branch operations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.4. Team Leadership & Training:Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring branch-level operational staff.Conduct regular training sessions on process improvements, compliance, and best practices for the operations team.Encourage team members to achieve performance targets and ensure a high standard of client service.5. Data Analysis & Reporting:Prepare and analyze operational data and reports, providing insights to management for strategic decisions.Track and report on loan performance, repayment rates, and client engagement metrics.Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and document process changes.6. Customer Relationship Management:Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively.Ensure that clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support throughout the loan lifecycle.Gather client feedback to help improve products, services, and operational processes.
