• AME Project Lead in CAD proficiency training for 23 mechanical and electrical sites across Aerospace• Focal in choosing and implementing DNC software across Engines affecting building 301, 403 and the 103 which will be used as the new Aerospace standard, cost avoidance of 307K• Designed NX MOT/BOP sketch sheet template in Teamcenter, will be able to pull in attributes from TeamCenter and self populate all needed fields. This will aid in standardizing manufacturing routings Aerospace wide• Part of ISC Core Team and Manufacturing Production Support Team for Teamcenter to surface issues as well as bring up improvement ideas• Helped in the designing and testing of a CATIA V4 conversion tool that will enable the conversion of V4 data into NX data so Teamcenter can be better utilized • Planned and implemented building wide project to strategically place data drops to decrease travel time for a savings of $103K annually with time line of only two months to close out budget of $50K • Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing routings as well as of being a part of many Continuous Improvement Projects for the Bevel Part Family

• Part of team building the Power Turbine Assembly section of the AGT1500 into NX6 requiring data migration and the remodeling of component parts • Redesigned multiple parts to the Gas Producer Module for the HTS900 program for a cost saving project

• Directed the shipment of over 7M dollars of tooling to HCMO (Chihuahua, Mexico), roughly 44% of all tooling shipped, as part of the Centennial Transition • Streamlined and standardized tool shipment process by reducing lead time of tool shipment 80% (<24 hours) and obtained a 433% increase in tools shipped per week as part of Green Belt Certification project• Facilitated Hidden Factory tooling collaboration among operators, shipping and transition team members to successfully transition all tooling requirements for Cell 2 and tool cribs 1, 2 and 51• Created a file to auto populate all information required on the shipping document, one of the biggest bottlenecks, saving both time and resources• Focal point for the shipment of tooling from Caseline (Cell 2) to HCMO to clear the backlog of 8000+ tools• Led Cell 2 daily tooling meetings for rapid problem solution and open communication between PHX and HCMO• Created and managed a database to track progress and indicate when tooling became clear to ship by part and operation for Cell 2

• Participated in entanglement project to reduce test times by combining multiple tests stands, finding the most cost effective test parts to model from and optimal number of stands • Increased CQE efficiency by enabling faster access to more accurate customer returns information via automated pivot table, eliminating the need for multiple searches in SAP to aggregate data saving 3 hours daily• Constructed an automated report that gave visibility to site management of aging hardware that harms overall inventory dollars saving 30 minutes of daily productivity• Fully automated customer returns reports to track and disposition quality escapes quicker, saving an hour a day

Developed and executed a consumption based hardware replenishment system which accounted for 71% reduction in inventory (27K) and increased inventory turnover by 391% by decreasing minimum order quantities on many high-dollar items Created an effective two bin system for short lead time items which greatly improved standardization and consistency which increased the ability to meet customers' delivery needs

Unified previously time consuming purchase requisition processes of the two businesses into an easily accessible, electronic process with the capacity to request, approve, and document company purchasesDevised a program to compare forecasts against each other in order to determine inconsistencies which allows material managers to recognize and correct problems proactively, saving both time and money
