Job responsibilities:• As Manager Reservations, managing the reservations team for serviced apartments.• Ensure team meets and exceeds stipulated timelines and service level agreements.• Train, coach and motivate team members, which include conducting monthly performance meetings.• Maintain the data for both individual property owners as well as Ascott to keep a complete check on availability calendar.• Hold discussion with the Property Managers and Commercial Manager/Sales Director of Ascott to decide on the commission percentage.• Co-ordinate with the Property Managers and Commercial Manager/Sales Director of Ascott to decide the seasonal property rates and rate parity.• Co-ordinate with the Content Manager and the technical team to ensure error free products in the website.Additional responsibility:• Working closely with the marketing team to promote the properties, and drive sales on all fronts - online and offline.• To analyze the market demand out of each destinations on various parameters.• To analyze the consumer insights/needs in each destinations based on various critical pointers (average spending capacity, duration, preferred mode of accommodation etc)• Comprehensive SWOT Analysis of competitors according to destination.

Responsibilities include handling check in, check outs, handling guest complaints, travel agencies handling group Reservations, Handling Cashfinding Discrepancies in reports, generating various reports for management review, Completing Statistics for the Hotel..
