I design digital interfaces, making them easy to use by focusing on the end-users, and helping businesses to create an impact. I have hands-on experience in almost all phases of User Centered Design even from pre-sales and research to usability testing. During my employment with different organizations, have worked for many global brands to provide design solutions.  Currently, I am with Amdocs (as part of Projekt202 design which is acquired by Amdocs) designing digital experiences for its products and customers across channels Self Service, Retail, and Call Center.
