Mechanical engineer as a QC Inspector, Fabrication process in the Field of Pressure Vessel, Columns Fabrication, Heat Exchanger.Brief Description of Role as QC Inspector :-• Check edge preparation and fit-ups to verify that fit-up is within tolerance.• Perform in process inspection at various stages during Manufacturing.• Visual, dimensional inspection after completion of welding as per code, specification and prepare report as per procedure.• Perform surface preparation and coating inspection of finished equipments.• PWHT Verification and reviewing of Heat Treatment Chart.• Dealing with third party, customer inspection agencies for the clearance of inspection stages as per QCP.• Study of QC, NDT Procedures and follow the same.• Documentation and reporting as per customer requirements.• Identification of raw material like plates and witnessing punching transfer.• Installation of Refractory material, visual and dimensions check on equipments.

 Provide all types of services for Warranty, Non warranty to customers. Verify packing list of product sent from the workshop where ever applicable, take receipt from customers and send the record to the company Provide training to customers and their representatives on operation and maintenance of our Air compressor. Generate Service income and spare parts inquiry from customers. Share customer's general feedback with the company apart from the service. Prepare the service reports with all relevant details and submit it to the reporting office in time.  Gather competitor's information which is important to the company while going to customer's place or site. Submit the expenses voucher with supporting bills. Report to customers in time and demonstrate our commitments. Deliver service by keeping customer's interest in mind - timely execution, proper use of given resources, control of expenses, acceptable standard in execution of work etc. Do commissioning of Air compressor in line with laid down procedures. Demonstrate Air compressor capacity and various operational parameters to establish the brand superiority in customer's mind. Deliver quality in service to match with brand image and company reputation. Collection of service charge from the customers
