-To analyze defect display(semiconductor) products, defect data, quality trends, customer's claim, any other quality issue. -Provide quality solution to customers by analyzing LCD/LCM/TV manufacturing production lines. -Based on the defect analysis results, issue and share a FAR(Failure Analysis Report) to customer and work to improve product quality in customer's manufacturing facility. -Conduct On-Site verification, quality meeting, and process line audit during the periodic on-site visit to the customer's manufacturing site as a part of the quality monitoring. -Train/educate to technicians about product's technical information, method of handling the product, technical verification of the defective product, method to use of technical verification tool/equipment, work scope of sorting/rework, and Etc.
