In addition to my major, I also minored in Spanish, Family Life, and Gerontology because I have a variety of interests and a love for learning.During my time as a student, I gained valuable experience working as a health coach for almost a year and a half. In this role, I had the privilege of working one-on-one with clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals, and teaching them about healthy habits. I am passionate about helping others improve their health and well-being, and I truly believe that small, consistent changes can lead to significant improvements in overall quality of life.As I embark on this new chapter of my life, I am eager to explore new opportunities in the wellness community.
