Files electronic patient health insurance claims to bill insurances for company's product distribution. Also uses Spanish to answer patient questions regarding company services in the case that they only speak Spanish.

Edits 900+ talks submitted yearly by speakers for the Especially for Youth (EFY) program. Works personally with each speaker to edit and revise 3 talk outlines, keeping in mind doctrine and principles of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as taught by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Served as an on-call health secretary for over 170 missionaries. Involved frequent communication with missionaries, doctors, nurses, and the mission president and his wife, as well as filing and submitting insurance claim forms, insurance billing processes, and personal healthcare assistance to the missionaries in the Bolivia Santa Cruz mission.

Designed promotional products for BYU Independent Study, worked also as an editor to proofread all of the materials made by the team before print and production. Worked closely with program directors as well as outside production personnel to create motivating, inspiring advertisement for BYU’s online courses.

After more than 500 hours designing, drafting, and editing spreads, selected as Editor-in-Chief for the yearbook. Led the staff at two national yearbook design camps as well as a national journalism convention. Facilitated the collaborative process to decide the theme and design of the yearbook and to manage the staff of over 40 writers and editors in the process of creating a journalistic yearbook.

Completed the Biennial Report of Tobacco Control Programs, an in-depth analysis of tobacco activities within the State of Arizona, a report required by law to be submitted to the state legislature and Governor’s office. Involved frequent communication with staff, analyzing complex data sets, facilitating review from epidemiologists and state public officials, and designing layouts for the final deliverable.
