Beginning as a Customer Service Associate, I provided customers with assistance to any questions or shopping needs they may have. After a year in this position, I was promoted to a Key Holder position. As a Key Holder, I manage the team on shift, assign tasks to be completed, and ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and eager to return. When opening and closing the store, I am responsible for managing the money on hand.
