As a part of the #UNHSocial Team, I help run the UNH social media accounts by creating and posting content for current students as well as to attract potential incoming students. This includes attending all kinds of UNH events including sports games, career fairs, college-specific events, student activities, etc. By attending these events, I am required to create compelling photo and video content for the UNH social media pages.

As a content creator and brand ambassador, I am responsible for creating compelling social media content for the brand that keeps current customers engaged while also attracting new customers. I am required to promote the brand and its message of living carefree through capturing products sold by the boutique via photography and videography. As a retail associate, I work in store and help customers shopping as well as restocking and organizing the store and its products.

As Program Assistant, I am a main point of communication for student employees at the HRC. The responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, conducting trainings, tracking employee certifications, assisting with hiring, and maintaining communication with student staff and pro staff.

Responsible for leading a team of 2-3 staff and delegating tasks to them while ensuring they understand the responsibilities and expectations of the day's shift. With this, I am also a guiding point to the building staff in any areas they need guidance in or have questions about. I am often a point of contact for professional and student staff in a plethora or instances. Any patron issues or questions that arise on shift get brought to me for handling. Additionally, as manager I am trusted with handling emergency situations such as injuries, policy issues, and facility problems (power outages, broken equipment, evacuations, etc.). Finally, I am responsible for locking and unlocking the building and its many closets, studios, offices, etc. when needed.

As welcome center, I am responsible for greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere through high quality customer service and attention to detail. With this, I may answer phone calls, conduct sales, help answer questions, or help customers find the proper equipment. As fitness assistant, I am responsible for keeping the facility organized and clean, as well as monitoring the facilities for proper equipment use as well as policy protocols. I am often put in situations requiring confrontation of peers when they are not following our protocols, and am comfortable with maintaining a level of professionalism as well as customer service when reminding them of our rules and why we must uphold them.

I am responsible for working with a wide variety of age groups, engaging them in the game of golf while also keeping them safe. This requires teaching the rules and etiquette of the game to young children with short attention spans, while also keeping them focused and attentive. I must brainstorm fun and engaging games that work on improving the children's skills but are suitable for all age groups. Finally, I must maintain a level of professionalism with the children's parents and guardians while maintaining clear communication with them.

With Blondies Supply Co, I learned valuable boating safety and sales skills as I worked on a boat selling raw bar to customers around the harbor. As a new company, we had to focus on increasing our brand awareness through verbal and social media communications. I was responsible for starting the TikTok for this account, which gained traction very quickly despite it being our first full season as a company.

With this company, I started out as a cashier upholding high quality customer service while taking orders and serving food. This role taught me the importance of holding your composure and customer service skills in high stress situations, as well as how to deal with difficult customers in a professional and respectable manner. After one season I was promoted to a Manager role where I was responsible for training new hires, delegating tasks to the employees on my shifts, and dealing with any issues or conflicts that arose on shift.

As a busser, I was responsible for being a team player. This role required me to be of assistance to any of our staff including the waitresses, food runners, hostesses and bartenders. I was forced to adapt to many roles and know where I was needed. This required lots of multitasking skills, and taught me to remain focused in high-stress environments.

As a barista, I was responsible for upholding high quality customer service in a busy environment. With only 1-2 people on shift, I had to multitask often to ensure orders are taken, customers' questions are answered, and food is served. I also helped in the ice cream shop during the summers, which was a similar environment. Additionally, I would help with baking and side jobs in the kitchen when needed.
