At Tweaking Cat Studios, I am the product manager, driving the end-to-end lifecycle of the studio's first release, Bellumentum. My responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and defining product roadmaps to ensure alignment with creative vision and player feedback. I worked closely with the engineers, artists, and designers to make sure the project flowed smoothly and deadlines were met.

• Conducted comprehensive competitive analysis of major players in the Web-3 industry, delivering detailed slide decks and presentations to the Head of Marketing.• Analyzed user acquisition data using large-scale Excel spreadsheets to identify key metrics, trends, and performance drivers.• Developed and implemented a custom AI model to automate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, tracking CPA, CPM, and conversion rates and highlighting factors influencing spikes in metrics, such as cost fluctuations or changes in user acquisition.

At GGP I helped research, ideate, and create a set of awards to honor companies in the video game industry that are doing significant work to increase diversity in the video game industry. I also contacted and interviewed diversity and HR professionals to gain their insight on projects and further relationships between them and GGP. Finally, I helped with graphic design for the company, including logos for their Discord, awards ceremony, and emails.
