As the Bonner Center Rhodes Engage and Implementation Coordinator, I facilitate the adoption of Rhodes Engage, a tool for non-profit communication, volunteering, and data collection for community partners and campus organizations. I spearhead the construction of curriculum, training materials, and host workshops that further the goals of the Bonner Center for Community Engagement. Through this position I now possess critical skills in networking, curriculum development, public speaking, and problem solving. Overall, I serve as a student liaison for community partners to be integrated into the Rhodes community.In this role, I produce and disseminate Rhodes Engage training materials by hosting workshops, creating print materials, working with Rhodes College Communications and Marketing when appropriate. I coordinate with community partners win the creation of events, opportunities, and outreach. I maintain the upkeep of the Rhodes Engage platform alongside the Director of Community Engagement. I develop and disseminate Bonner Center training and curriculum for Bonner scholars, City Lynx, and the Lawrence F. Kinney Volunteer Coordination. I coordinate with Bonner Outreach Intern to disseminate trainings for on campus organizations and the student body.
