Identify operational challenges associated with each project whether a film, or an event, and determine how to best work with the allocated funds, logistics and scope of assets to finish on time & on budget with a stellar product. STREAMINN HUB RADIO is an FCC licensed broadcast radio station - LIVE weekly show 'Shout Out'._ Successfully booked over 80 episodes, including OSCAR, EMMY, GRAMMY winners & nominees, comedians, actors, up-and-coming musicians and artists; as well as CEO's, entrepreneurs, leaders of industry and finance. Finding & booking guests from entertainment, business & fashion. _ Research and write questions based on guests background and industry. _ Coordinate logistics for interviews at film festivals, award shows, gala events, film premieres & concerts: pr, media list, equipment needed._ Oversee creation of promotions (still photos and videos) for social media and marketing._ Liaison & develop relationships with PR companies and event producers for the stations DJs and Hosts for guest appearances and red carpet presence.'Shout Out', the LIVE talk show, "The story behind the success story". Guests discuss people who inspired, pushed or assisted them in finding their purpose in life. Each episode examines their path to success, serendipitous moments & useful tips within the guests field of expertise. I.F.P -- the oldest running nonprofit for independent filmmakers & content creators with chapters across the USA. Now known as FILM INDEPENDENT in Los Angeles and THE GOTHAM in New York City. While there Sage spearheaded production for the INDEPENDENT SPIRIT AWARDS, the LA FILM FESTIVAL, seminars, speaker series, film competitions, film festivals. Represented the organization and alongside the Executive Director at film festivals and conferences; gave speeches, collaborated with other organizations & businesses. _ oversaw all seminars, screenings, networking events, film competitions & film festivals._ organized committees and oversight for film competition judging panels._ attended Board meetings._ supported and assisted Executive Director.

Produced & managed a variety of events in Los Angeles for Christine Amrani's salon & for her work on the show (RH). Oversaw all operations: website, newsletter, p.r., show bookings for her, bookings for salon, video/demo reels, production related logistics, securing other talent, contracts/agreements/riders, pitching future show ideas, creating epk’s, staffing, dealing with attorneys, business managers, producers & production staff. Sage joined forces with Singer, Songwriter, GRAMMY awarded and Multi-Platinum selling producer 'Fanatic' to create "God Don't Like Ugly", a long form music video / short film __ Fanatic produced the song "Heaven Can Wait" for Michael Jackson & the #1 smash "Crush on You" for Lil’ Kim. He received recognition from the GRAMMY association for Beyonce's 2003 GRAMMY Award-winning album “Dangerously In Love”.
