My core belief is that everything we need resides within us. I believe we sometimes need to (re)find what we already have or already know. That’s where I come in…I coach people in times of change, transition or questioning. I am a safe container to hold doubt, fear, resistance while also championing clients to find their truth and live it!I will support clients to get clear around: 1) where are you now; 2) where you want to be and 3) how you are going to get there. Coaching differs from therapy in that it is forward-focused and supports clients to tap into their inner wisdom and knowledge to help them get “unstuck” and “more clear” around questions and challenges they are facing. My role as coach is to maintain a level of accountability and support actions that keep clients moving forward. I realized my innate ability to support people in their pursuit of happiness and purpose is called ‘coaching’. As a result I decided to re-route my career path and become a coach.

After transitioning off the Board of Directors, after five years of service, I am thrilled to be working at New Leaf Yoga Foundation part-time. My responsibilities include: -Managing partner relationships with custody, community drop-in, and school programs-Setting up new program partnerships and manage partnership applications-Oversight and evolvultion of community outreach efforts in schools, custody, and community drop-in programs-Developing and oversight of youth intern opportunities-Collaborating with Executive Director, Teaching Director and Research Committee on program-related research & evaluation efforts-Coordinating & developing New Leaf offerings for staff at program sites
