As the Director of Special Initiatives, I lead the strategic planning and execution of events and campaigns that align with our mission to advance ALS research.

Managing and optimizing the organization's project management systems to ensure workflowruns efficiently and effectively.

As the Operations Director, I served as the liaison between WFF and its vendors; ensuring that all festival departments coordinated and communicated efficiently. I oversaw the distribution of equipment and supplies to all departments and venues. I was also in charge of the internship program, event coordination, and other organizational duties throughout the year. Additionally, I aided in grant writing and bookkeeping.In addition, I assisted with seasonal staff and intern interviews and training processes.Worked in programs such as iContact, Filemaker, Squarespace, GoogleSuite, Adobe Acrobat, monday.com, Eventive etc.

Road crew captain assists with scheduling road crew for events, scheduling and assisting interns on their various projects and tasks, assisting the Promotions Director on anything from checking vehicles, to event prep, as well as sending weekly emails to crew and interns. Also, as a road crew member, assisting at various station events which includes interacting with the public by handing out promotional items and signing listeners up for concert tickets/prizes. In charge of engineering various talks shows/remote music shows for WPDH 101.5 FM , Mix 97.7 FM, and Juan 95.7 FM.

As a library clerk, I worked at the front desk with patrons/checking in and checking out books. I was also in charge of opening and closing the library some nights and weekends. As the children's program assistant, I assisted with craft projects, motor skills, and cleaning tasks.

Assists in guarding the artwork and helping patrons in the museum.

Assists in radio show scheduling and training new/returning DJ’s on how to use studio equipment.

My responsibilities included, creating daily traffic sheets, taking minutes during meetings/other secretarial tasks, and helping the station manager with marketing events for the station.

Assists with social media, events, video editing and other office related tasks.
