Sage has served as the Executive Director of Baton Rouge Green since 2016. Her role involves working closely with the organization’s Board of Directors, partners and supporters, overseeing all public communications, development, and strategic planning, and providing support to BRG’s team of green industry professionals as they undertake the daily work of the mission.

- Coordinator for 3 WalkAmerica Events: Secured sponsorship for each WalkAmerica event totaling 20% of event goal, managed and motivated over 75 volunteers who in turn are responsible for raising 80% of event goal, planned preceding meetings and gatherings, and WalkAmerica Day. Collaborated with local media to promote event and March of Dimes brand awareness. Combined events raised a total of $104,500 and exceeded goals by 11%.- Coordinator for Charleston Real Estate Award Breakfast: Planned breakfast banquet for over 250 guests, secured sponsorships, table and ticket purchases totaling over $65,000, solicited items for silent auction, live auction and drawing, responsible for additional $4,000 in event-day income. Event raised total of $73,000 and produced a 13% increase from 2004.
