My books include "The Athlete's Guide to Yoga," "The Athlete's Pocket Guide to Yoga," and "The Athlete's Guide to Recovery," "The Runner's Guide to Yoga," "Racing Wisely," "Everyday Yoga," "Lifelong Yoga," "Teaching Yoga Beyond the Poses," and "The Professional Yoga Teacher's Handbook," while my DVDs include "The Athlete's Guide to Yoga: A Personalized Practice" and "RIDES: North Carolina" (an indoor cycling workout).
