- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the council’s public places, such as buildings, kindergartens schools, and more, including electric grid systems, construction, etc.- Maintenance and supervision of sewer systems, water, roads, street lighting, gardening, playgrounds, and more- Preparation of maintenance and development bids, preparation of price offers specifications- Management of workers, contractors, advisors planners and inspectors- Conducting and operating housing and renovation projects for the various council’s departments- Finance monitoring on departmental budgets and on various projects

- Planning, construction and maintenance of Cellcom mobile sites in southern Israel- Managing a team of construction inspectors and planners- Ongoing communication with multiple work interfaces and keeping a highservice level- Adhering to client’s deadlines while keeping strict work, safety and quality procedures- Working in a challenging and dynamic environment which requires performing several tasks simultaneously

- Supervising construction of mobile sites for Cellcom- Setting deadlines and coordinating operations- Managing of electricity, air conditioning, fire systems, steel construction and RF cable layout contractors
