My professional trajectory is defined by a relentless pursuit of change and improvement, consistently catalyzing transformative initiatives across governmental and educational sectors.From the outset of my career, I have been an agent of change, beginning with strategic investor relations in Kazakhstan and advancing through increasingly impactful roles that influenced national policies and governance structures. At the National Analytical Center, my contributions to the "100 Concrete Steps" program, also known as the Plan of the Nation, were pivotal. This comprehensive reform package was designed to provide a strong national platform to overcome both short-term challenges and achieve Kazakhstan’s ambition of joining the top 30 developed countries by 2050. It built on past progress to drive improvements in all the country’s institutional pillars.I spearheaded institutional transformations at Nazarbayev University, aligning the university’s offerings with global standards and nurturing an environment of academic excellence and integrity. My tenure at Samruk-Kazyna was marked by managing complex stakeholder relationships and strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with national economic goals and operational excellence across various sectors, including overseeing government relations for Kazakhstan's largest state-owned enterprises such as Kazatomprom, TauKen Samruk, and the largest state-owned charity fund, Samruk Trust.Impact & Achievements:- Contributed significantly to the "100 Concrete Steps" program, the Plan of the Nation in 2015 and to the post-January 2022 reforms.- Authored impactful publications that advanced the discourse on national crisis management and strategic planning.- As a member of the speechwriting team for the President of Kazakhstan, I crafted speeches that conveyed key national reforms and strategies, effectively communicating the nation’s vision on both national and international stages.- Developed and implemented policies as a Special Advisor at the Agency of Strategic Planning and Reforms, significantly enhancing governmental transparency and efficiency.Throughout my career, strategic planning has been at the core of my achievements, guiding my efforts to implement effective and sustainable changes.
