Responsible for day-to-day management of the company and for establishing and implementing short & long term strategy. Priority is a global business management suite Software Products, Solutions and Platform for various verticals including ERP, end to end omni channel retail solution, education software and property management software (PMS) with 75,000 customers in 40 countries , and over 550 employees in 3 continents.

Responsible end to end over the payment business in Finastra globally .Payments is a very fast growing business in Finastra with hundreds of customers worldwide in all continents, spreading from the biggest global banks to smack community banks. The payments team consists of hundreds of people across Israel, India, US and Europe.My main focus is growing the payments business by improving the entire value chain - from strategy , technology , delivery, go to market and customer relationship.

My current role Is heading the SI division called xSIght (combination of SI, sight (vision) and excite).In this role I'm in charge of innovation of new services, accelerating their business (sales) and deliver them to the customers .xSIght is growing rapidly organically and inorganically - Currently as part of xSIght - there are 3 acquired companies - in Ireland , Israel and USA. The challenge of integrating and managing an acquired company is different and very exciting and includes anything from refining these companies strategy (product or services), retaining and motivating the people and overall growing the business by selling more and delivering to your commitments .XSIght has an innovation/acceleration unit which is in charge of incubating and accelerating new services - in the last year we incubated a dozen new services and brought them to commercial launch with at least one customer (some of them have already multiple customers with revenue of millions of dollars). In those incubation -I'm involved from the very beginning when we're ideating and all the way to the first deliveries. Xsight has also a large consulting unit providing consulting services to our customers all over the globe around program management, change management, business analysis, product life cycle management and more .We also have a large development unit where we are developing a wide variety of customer specific solutions anywhere from Big Data solutions to digital solutions to specific customer needs .Overall xSIght is a very diverse division with over 1500 people , with a wide set of services where the overall theme of the division is : Helping customer to go through their digital journey by providing IP rich services and solutions that will accelerate the value they bring to their end customers.
