Current★ Coordinated and managed over ultra-poor graduation programs and events annually, including Ultra-poor graduation Programme.★ Developed and maintained project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines were met.★ Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to define program objectives, requirements, and deliverables.★ Managed program budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.★ Led cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve program goals.★ Conducted post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future programs.Responsibility :-★ Ensured participation of the selected members in the program by selecting the target population (UPG members) as per the program rules and imparting timely training.★ Ensured purchase of quality assets by transfer of quality assets to members within stipulated time and disbursement of interest free loans on simple terms.★ Timely collection of interest free loan repayments and savings distributed among the members. Preparing action plans as per program rules and giving hand-to-hand training to UPG members through fortnightly group visits and fortnightly home visits.★ To ensure that UPG members and their family members receive medical care according to their needs as per program rules.★ To make members aware and confident by imparting awareness education on various social and health issues.★ Graduated the member by taking necessary steps subject to review of the member's overall status through member follow-up means ensuring the achievement of the desired results of the program.★ Proper filling and maintaining all documents related to program implementation and preparing MIS report.
