Duties/Responsibilities:1. Preparation of financial statements monthly and yearly.2. Ensure Proper documentation against vouchers of the company for future reference.3. Prepare bank reconciliation, suppliers ledger reconciliation4. Analysis of accounting records to assess accuracy & completeness of transaction.5. Payroll preparation.6. Make various certificates for employees and suppliers.7. Banking communication.8. Assist to Finance Director9. Special Audit when required.10. Maintain all the records of provident fund.11. Dealing with VAT matters - partial.12. Maintain of all the process fixed assets recording.13. Prepare/check bills and vouchers and maintain petty cash.14. Monitor all kinds of receivables and payable as per policy.
