Semantic search application on MarkLogic for scientists to search through trials data and correlate with results across therapeutic areas and all internal compounds to deduce meaningful insights. This used to take from few days to couple of weeks worth of searching/ comparing among compounds, now possible in less than a minute.2. Built Knowledge Graph which not only represent trials data in form of network but can also recommend relations which were unseen before.3. Combine semantic search and knowledge graph to enable scientists write queries in their own natural language (Google like search), get insights, view them in form of relations (network) and uncover relationships among different search results.4. Built scalable distributed computing cluster to run heavy ML models in parallel and realized 73% run time improvement [103 min/ 433 min]. Same cluster can also be consumed as compute resources by multiple application's business logic layer. Thus sharing cost between multiple applications.5. An ML based application where user can upload an investigation brochure (scientific journals/ research paper) and the entire data, findings, conclusions will be automatically extracted, derived, and placed on a visualization grid in less than 2 min. The new acquired data will also get consumed in Knowledge Graph and create new relations or update relevant ones.
