•Analyzing Stock data to ascertain inventory stock norms, safety stock, build stock & category of each assigned direct materials for budget preparation & future procurement for better utilization of working capital management.•Maintain proper liaison with Govt offices (MOC, VAT, NBR BIDA,CCI&E, EPB etc.), concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, production and merchandising department to strengthen the supply chain core functionality.•Review yearly vendor performances based on quality, time, cost as CAR& PAR functionality & overall TQM development in the process.•Follow up overall import & export shipments, coordination with the suppliers & buyers for preparing the shipping documents in accordance with the LC, Purchase order & other legal documents in order to facilitate trade payments within negotiated timeframe.•Working on Bank for LC issuance, C&F for Clearance of the consignment in port, shipping for release the goods & Renewal, Chamber for CO &Renewal, Inspection Company. Membership Renewal and other Commercial related works.•Submitting Documents to the Bank & arranging to send the Document to the Buyers bank or by instruction, Acceptance, Negotiation, and Repatriation & distributing the fund to adjust liability, Export/Import through L/C, PRC, Incentive/Subsidy, etc.•Maintaining both analog & digital database for all import & export shipments for management review.•Negotiation with the enlisted transport service vendors for effective and competitive transport service in terms of price, timely response and service quality within company policy.•Ensure cross functional activities and vetting from internal and external team for effective shipment planning, custom declaration considering forecasted custom assessment to get lower import taxation to get financial and operational leverage at a whole.
