I attended weekly live training sessions and developed the skill to handle sensitive mental health/academic situations. Currently, I provide support to over 75 learners by empathizing, guiding, and mentoring them to make their transition seamless. Every week, I oversee learner’s weekly check-ins to analyze elevated check-in scores and learners’ mental health in different sections suchas finances, health and fitness, and academic planning, and suggest appropriate resources by giving referrals through the app.

I processed 700+ daily transactions and critically rolled over FX, paydown, buy sell securities, and cash reports for 200 funds. Following the SVB crash, I helped create W-8/W-9 documents for new bank accounts and bulk-uploaded the model-IDs on GTreasury. I also researched and updated SOFR T-bill forward rates from Bloomberg Terminal to estimate NAVs of USD and EUR funds. I went above and beyond to initiate a new process to flag funds in Excel (using Pivot Tables and Indexing) with cash values over assigned thresholds, allowing the cash management side to change their cash exposure levels & the FX side to project required spot currencies.

I researched and evaluated 7+ companies by partnering with analysts/interns and then drafted commentaries on their valuations. As part of the internship, I cold called potential customers for account openings and assisted existing clients with buy/sell orders and trading strategies. I also attended conferences to brainstorm strategical changes in light of the imminent global recession and supply chain shortages. I ranked second in a market-like simulation program where I learned the importance of diversification and risk management.

I lead the outreach section by sending over 100 sponsorship emails and personally procured 32 of the 56 sponsors. I persuaded potential sponsors to donate for the cause: providing seamless education to students in government schools. During the first-ever online event of this type, I motivated my fellow peers to find ways to minimize costs and maximize revenue in their respective departments. Personally, I collaborated with the merchandize HODs to determine affordable prices for the merch using surveys and market research.By the end, we donated $19,000 to 3 government schools in Whitefield, Bangalore, to spread awareness about importance of education.
