- Generate weekly Planning and schedules and prepare Over/Under reports to ensure proper staffing levels to meet our Service Level Agreement.- Manage the shift bid process for a United States-based Government, multi-site business, ensuring smooth and effective operations.- Strong understanding of rostering, rotation, and planning and scheduling concepts.- Forecasting, staff planning, and scheduling for a multi-skilled, tiered staffing environment.- Proven experience in handling complex shift bids for a United States business in a multi-site setup.- Ability to create staffing capacity models based on demand forecasts.- Collaborate across operations and manage challenges.
