At LALAN Polysacks I am responsible for the Production of the whole plant. I manage the Extruder, Loom, Printing, Cutting, Sorting, Baling sections and Delivery of the Finish goods. Raw material ordering and wastage reduction are done too. Managing of 85 operators to achieve production and financial targets are being done. OEE and FTQ are monitored to maintain ISO standards and continuous improvement projects.

At the Piramal Glass Ceylon PLC, I was a Shift Manager for over 3 years. I was responsible for the Production efficiency, wastage, Operator attendance and performance evaluation, raw material handling during the appointed shift. I conducted the KAIZAN and process improvement meetings of the Shift too.
