I am working as a Unit Secretary in the Cardio Vascular ICU unit. It’s a non clinical role .I answer the patient room Call bells , the unit phones too. I also have to make sure about the smooth running of the unit with the nourishment room supplies , the clinical supplies as well as cater to the needs of the Unit. Creating work orders , ordering catertrax . Helping the charge nurses with the nursing assignments. Keeping a Check on the cleanliness and the hygiene of the unit.
