Provision of ad hoc and customised Business Intelligence reporting systems for staff and key committees.

• Using data from Qlikview (BI system) and other data sources such as Callista, excel spreadsheets and other databases, provide ad hoc and customised reporting function for Diploma Staff• Providing support in the gathering, analysis and reporting of key data for the Board of Studies and Board of Examiners meetings• Assistance with process mapping to support process improvement initiative and investigate more efficient processes• Supporting the rollout of the new customised Diplomas Qlikview dashboard.
