This has always been my dream job!I developed an interest in programming pretty early in my school life—I would say it was around grade 6! Started with Visual Basic (VB) back in the day and went through a C++ and Java phase throughout my academic life.However, I always loved doing web design and development more and naturally started diving deep into PHP, Javascript, Typescript, CSS & other web technologies as a hobby—mostly on my own! After getting into React, I really enjoyed building web apps and decided I should focus on this field, and never looked back since.Going through a Figma file and bringing that design to life one pixel at a time is the most satisfying part of my job—design challenges are fun to tackle! I enjoy developing & implementing custom design systems/components when needed. About 4 years ago, I got into NextJS and have been working on NextJS projects for a while now.Currently, I’m working from home as a Senior Frontend Engineer with the amazing team at Wire Apps.
