- Preparation and submission of new registration files of drugs according to CTD requirements and ensuring their compliance with JFDA regulations.- Preparation of variations’ files for submission to JFDA (Leaflet updates, specifications update, site transfer, re-registration files, etc..) then submission of these files and following up with JFDA until approvals are granted.- Preparing Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Cosmeceuticals, Food Supplements registration files and ensuring their compliance with JFDA regulations.- Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legalization and guidelines.- Using a variety of specialist computer applications.- Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities.- Ensuring that quality standards are met and submissions meet strict deadlines.- Preparing documentation and keeping a good archiving practice.
