As a front desk representative, I checked guest into the facility, had them fill out waivers, passed on important messages to the operations team and management to assure everything ran smooth and efficiently.

As a sales associate, I rung costumers up at the registers, helped costumers find what they needed on the floor, did go-backs, and made sure the store was tidy.

At TJ Maxx I fulfilled several different task. Primarily I worked morning shifts as a stock associate which meant I unloaded/ unpacked freight and put it out on the floor. Later on in the day I would work on the floor doing go-backs, making sure the store was tidy. Occasionally if needed I would jump on the registers and ring to cover a lunch or if we were high on traffic.

At Kmart I full filled several different roles according to the demand. Primarily I worked in the jewelry dept, where I showcased/sold jewelry, and helped costumers complete layaways, and signed costumers for our store card. Some days I would cover associates shifts in the women’s dept, where I did go-backs, made sure the dept. was tidy, and helped costumers on the floor. If the traffic picked up at the registers I would either hop on one of the registers up front or take them to the jewelry dept. lastly, I would pick up shifts at the costumer service desk where I would do returns, greet costumers at the entrance, and help them with any questions they could have.
