• The worker will be responsible for identifying and evaluating protection-related • issues and expanding and implementing case plans including full documentation of cases, psychosocial care for some individual cases as well as a referral system (for related services) as well as follow-up of vulnerable and at-risk children and families. • Prepare schedules for weekly FGD, Awareness, CPC, and good parents to the children and their families. • Planning and shaping activities of CFS in collaboration with educators and volunteers under supervision of Coordinator and PM. • The Caseworker will support the children and their families by providing psychological and social support and providing direct support to the children and their families, starting from identification until the end of the case based on principles that are in the interest of the child and arouse his interest. • Moreover, the case worker will refer some cases to some other available bodies based on the type of case.

• Contribute to establishing a case management system • Manage a team of Child Protection Case Workers; and provide them with ongoing support and supervision; • Supporting the Case Workers to identify children who should be provided with case management services according to an agreed criterion; • Supporting the Case Workers to identify children who should be provided with case management services according to an agreed criterion; • Supporting the Case Workers to develop appropriate and realistic case plans for children with different needs and providing approval for case plans; • Supporting the Case Workers to provide appropriate case management services to children; • Supporting the Case Workers to provide referrals and follow-up for children with external service providers, sharing case information as appropriate
