HolisticMojo began in New York City as a children's dance company concurrent with the start of my own wellness journey. After years of pursuing dance, acting, and athletics, I found myself physically and emotionally drained, and facing retirement at the young age of 21. Surprisingly, self-care had never been emphasized throughout my 16 years in the world of performance and competition, and I felt broken on multiple levels.My path led me to San Francisco, where HolisticMojo evolved in tandem with my personal growth. I embraced California's open-minded culture, expanding the company to offer Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation, Bodywork, Shamanism, and Ayurvedic Medicine.Yet, my heart longed for an ocean where I could immerse myself without a wetsuit, prompting me to continue my westward journey to Hawaii. In Hawaii, I needed to temporarily step back from the business to take four years to travel, study, and heal after an Aerial Dance accident. During this period, I began teaching Ayurveda, Bodywork, and Holistic Cooking at Wellness and Retreat Centers worldwide.In 2016, I achieved a significant milestone with the publication of my first book, "The Conscious Alcoholic: A Holistic Approach to Drinking." Later that year, I began my training in ThetaHealing upon returning to Hawaii. At the same time I began working with families and groups visiting the islands, creating wellness experiences and providing organic meal services during their vacations. Soon I received the opportunity to travel again, using my diverse skill set to craft specialized holistic experiences for groups and families exploring the world.Currently residing in Sweden, I work one-on-one with clients to help them build fulfilling mental, emotional, and physical lives. To satisfy my soul's longing for warm ocean air, I continue to travel the world, primarily on Mega Yachts, curating specialized wellness programs for individuals during their holidays.Looking ahead in my professional journey, I aspire to transition into teaching and management roles at Spas, Wellness Centers, and Retreat facilities. Ultimately, my dream is to establish a Wellness Center and School offering a comprehensive range of modalities to support individuals on their unique healing journeys. The most valuable lesson I've learned in my 20+ years of personal healing is that everyone's path is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all modality. I aim to create a space where people can access both learning and healing tailored specifically to their journey and aspirations.
