Sahar started her career as a Holistic educator and learning programs developer. She has worked with multiple organizations such as UNESCO, Unicef, British Council, CKU Denmark, Government of Pakistan, Malala Fund to develop national scale holistic learning programs and unique workshops. As a PCC certified Whole Life Coach, Sahar offers one-on-one coaching programs for mid to senior level executives to enhance performance in all areas of life. Sahar conducts her custom designed meditation and mindfulness retreats as part of her corporate wellness programs. Sahar is also a Certified Training Professional from IAPPD UK (International Association for People and Performance Development). She helps people and companies develop holistic solutions for personal and leadership growth. Well versed in Instructional Design, she has a unique approach to training focused on delivering true inside out impact. She has worked with multiple companies from retail, IT, banking, advertising to institutions and research centers in Pakistan, UAE, Japan, Denmark and Germany.
