Reporting directly to the General Manager of Communications I work as part of a small team executing the marketing and communications strategy.My responsibilities include but are not limited to: –Create and upload content for the strategic marketing intranet pages using the TeamSite content management system.–Create and upload content to the BOC corporate website using Tridion content management system, including weekly how-to-guides to engage with our small customers.–Manage the event process from concept to completion.–Run post-event analytics and report these back to the Marketing Leadership Team.–Manage corporate hospitality for the BOC V8 Supercar Team including preparing event packs, tickets and coordinating set up of on site corporate suites.–Manage internal communications of the BOC V8 Supercar Team including ticket sales, distribution of team news and booking driver appearances.–Manage stalls and activations for more than 20 trade shows and conferences per year.–Drive key stakeholder engagement in the lead up to events and provide post event feedback and correspondence.
