An end-to-end security by design zero knowledge encryption platform applied to every data element whether at rest or in motion. Created and launched the Cyber Security Capstone Program for Metro State's Science Department from scratch according to high scholarly standards. It’s my belief that creating a standard curriculum with one or two book options and teaching strategy is not ideal for optimizing student learning given everyone has a different learning style. Therefore, I have followed a student-centered service and teaching approach that is focused on the student, their goals and can be tailored towards working with each student to not only optimize their learning, but also achieve higher goals than anticipated with cookie cutter teaching.I am a proponent of this approach as I designed the Cyber Security Capstone program at Metropolitan State University based on each student's desired area of specialty. The assignments, rubric and coaching support this approach so that when each student graduates, they have become a subject matter expert in their desired specialty and can apply the skills learned towards their own career development.

Started applying the patented zero knowledge encryption methods towards creation and expansion of a digital time capsule startup. This technology startup was awarded multiple times for its innovative approach by the security community in the Twin cities and was quickly picked up by local news stations due to the intriguing idea. For us the founders, the main goal was to get this software platform out to as many people as possible and generate higher revenue margins which we did within the first 5 years and on.
