My main goal as Stylist & Consultant is to enhance company image through promoting trendiness within the resulting in a better customer experience and engagement with the site and the category. In order to achieve this goal ,through the execution of different tasks, I have extensive cross departmental activities with Studio, Onsite, Content, Content Marketing, Marketing and Fashion department.Responsibilities:Tasks of stylist & Consultant require extensive cross departmental interaction, and therefore are categorized based on Stylist and other teams to:*Define styles for different customers with working with current assortment in Style landing page*Show trendiness of fashion category in headers & recommendations*Communicate with CM team for blog and social media*Align CM activities to fashion assortment and requirement*Improve the fashion photo qualities from the styling side and bringing them to the standards*Have continuous contact with studio team and do whatever is necessary at any time (Like preparing an Style guideline, train photographers and assistants, hiring a junior stylist, train stylist & …)*Have a cross activity between teams like studio, CM, onsite & offline marketing and align fashion department target with them*Identifying hot trends and retailing products*Plan for offline Marketing projects and events
