Surveyed with over 80 respondents to gauge demand, which led to the creation of a comprehensive manual and the organization of informative webinars:- The manual was utilized by more than 400 team leaders, achieving an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.- The recruiting and onboarding webinar was attended by 25 participants, who collectively hired over 100 new team members following the training.Managed the development of an educational newsletter, securing over 300 high-quality subscribers.

Preparing and holding 9 open webinars on coordination and 3 individual consultations upon request for Belarusian and Ukrainian organizations, for over 100 people in total.My task is to understand the request from the audience, prepare and conduct the training, answer questions. I share additional materials and give the opportunity to take an individual consultation to go deeper into the matter.We discussed the importance of recruiting and onboarding, team building, hidden conflicts, burnout in managers and subordinates, team tools and inclusive approaches.

I coordinated 5 teams (2 to 15 people), who successfully released 2 projects and created 3 project prototypes; you can read more about them below in the Projects section.We worked entirely remotely and sometimes in a mixed format while being in different time zones (time difference of a couple of hours and about 5 hours).Project titles:- Browser game "Cutting wind"- Information campaign "Support your friend" against victim-blaming- Information campaign with postcards and articles on myths and facts about COVID-19- Series of notebooks "Safe pages"- Inclusive photo stock "I see you"You can read more about projects' results in the Projects section.

I administered over 20 events that lasted 2 hours to 3 days, in offline, online, and mixed format, involving 10 to 70 people. Top 3 events:1. International experience exchange "Feminist launch."Six non-profit organizations (35 people) participated and had 8 meetings (offline, online and mixed format) covering 17 topics. I communicated with all the organizations to find out their needs, convenient dates and place, found specialists and summarized the results of the meetings.2. Zero discrimination week.A series of events with the participation of 14 non-profit organizations. Together, we held 21 online and offline events attended by more than 150 people, and 2,200 people watched live broadcasts. Online course on organization of events "Do boldly!” A one-month course for 20 people with different levels of competence. In the Karton (“Cardboard”) initiative, about creative liberation, we came up with, organized and held 60 events that were visited by about 900 people over three years.

The biggest team I have managed was 120 people in a 3-month project. That boosted my delegation skills and department management.I handled the process from recruitment to completion of work with volunteers. I made manuals so that people always know who was doing what. I met each volunteer online and talked about the forum and their future work.
