I am an experienced Head of Mathematics at secondary level. I have taught across all age groups up to and including further maths A Level, STEP and MAT preparation.I’ve served on senior managements groups, leading on whole school behaviour, praise and sanctions policies, whole school data management and community and outreach programmes. I also have experience of writing whole school timetables. At Maths Mastery, I worked on developing the secondary program through creating curriculum materials, running CPD sessions on general pedagogy and subject specific knowledge and offered in schools support visits.
