Served as a lead consultant on multiple international and national matters including FTC second requests, DOJ and SEC investigations, civil and criminal litigations, and internal investigations for corporate and law firm clients in multiple industries including banking, pharmaceuticals and retail. Drafted data preservation and discovery documentation and designed workflows with an eye towards maintaing best practices while accomodating clients' budgetary constraints.

Coordinated electronic discovery on behalf of defendant companies in connection with two of the largest pharmaceutical product liability litigations in U.S. history involving over ten million documents and over one hundred attorneys in New York and Philadelphia. Consulteddirectly with the client, senior partners and co-counsel in order to ensure the timely and targeted production of documents in a complex review environment. Assisted senior counsel with drafting of trial briefs and memoranda dealing with e-discovery issues. Developed metrics for the client with an eye to identifying potential improvements in efficiency. Introduced efficiencies in production processes and quality control that resulted in a cost savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars to the client.
