I am currently working as a child fare officer in the CSR project of JSP(Jindal Steel Power) Foundaction in Jindal Children Home.This project provides proper care and attention to single parent, orphan and surrendered children. this project govt. JJCT is registered under the rules. This project is being run separately for both boys and girls. This project is called Mission Vatasalay or CCI (child care institution) under JJCT rules and the children are called CNCP (children in need of care and protection). This home aims to provide care from 6 years to 18 years, self skills training and social integration. I feel I am documenting according to the rules. Children's SIR (simple investigation report), integrated child protection report, rehabilitation report have been prepared. The online format feels like a mission-oriented portal.

This company buys the goods from TMT and steel plants by analyzing the price and sells them to the customers of all the states. I had to ask the price of the goods from the plant manager and tell it to the head. Selling it by talking to the bad customer, getting the vehicle from the transporter, making invoice and e-way bill. The account had to be managed to make payment for the goods. Along with me, I also have owner builders to do all the official work related to selling their flats.

I have been working on the post of co-ordinator in the organization ashiyana op shelter home run by Unnayak Seva Samiti Raigarh (C.G.) for less than 1 year and before that I was working on 3 years the post of house father here. Seeing my hard work and ability, the management of Organicton promoted me to the post of co-ordinator. This project is for single parents, orphans, surrendered and destitute children who have been separated from their homes. Our child, whose age is between 6 years to 18 years, is given recommendations as per the written instructions of the Child Welfare Committee. Most of the children come to the shelter home through child line and railway police. Some children are from other districts and also from other states. I am less able to do general checkup of children, counselling, home verification, doing SIR (simple investigation report). After 3 months the children should be handed over to their family or to their state.
