Abdul Kader is currently serving as a Principal Officer (Network Engineer) in Mobile Banking Division (MBD) at Rupali Bank PLC (RBPLC), Head Office, Dhaka since 2019. Prior to this position, he was working as a Senior Officer (Assistant Network Engineer) at RBPLC, Divisional Office, Khulna. Before joining at RBPLC, he was working as a Lecturer in BSc (Hons) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) program in the Department of CSE at Institute of Library Arts Commerce & Science (ILACS), Khulna affiliated to National University, Bangladesh.Abdul Kader finished his MSc in CSE Degree from Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST), Bangladesh in 2023. Before that, he completed his MBA (Specialization in HRM) Degree from Khulna University (KU), Bangladesh in 2018. He obtained his BSc (Hons) in Computer Science (Specialization in Network & Communication) Degree from National University, Bangladesh in 2008. He successfully did the JAIBB and the DAIBB Professional Degrees (Banking Diploma) from the IBB in 2016 and 2018 respectively. He also did IT Certification Courses called the CCNA Exploration (15 months), the CCNA Security (4 months) and the Cybersecurity from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh in 2010, 2012 and 2020 respectively. He passed his HSC Examination in Science Group from Govt. M. A. Majid College, Khulna (under Jashore Education Board) in 2003 and SSC Examination in Science Group from Dighalia M. A. Majid Model Secondary School, Khulna (under Jashore Education Board) in 2001. He passed 9th Teachers' Registration Examination 2013 of NTRCA, Ministry of Education, Bangladesh for Appointing as Lecturer of Computer Science at any Higher Secondary School/College/Madrasa. He was born in Dighalia Upazila of Khulna District in Khulna Division, Bangladesh in January 01, 1987.With over nine years of Banking (Network Engineering, Maintaining & Troubleshooting of ICT Systems, ICT-based Banking, Mobile Banking & Conventional Banking), and three years of University Level Teaching experiences, Abdul Kader believes that a Banker, a Network Engineer, an ICT Professional, or a University Level Teacher should be a Learner first.
