* Review the integrity of the ERP Information system (Customized integrated Software).* Supervising the entire Audit work & follow up (Core Financial, Departmental, Customer Care Centre, Showrooms) as per the Audit Plan and finalizing the Audit Report.* Ensure quality of the audit works by minimizing the audit risks.* Review and ensure the compliance of the policies and standards of the Company.* Periodic report to the Head of Internal Audit.* Relevant presentation, entry and exit meeting, communication.* Review the control mechanism to reduce risk.* Assist the Head of Internal Audit to Plan, organize and execute the internal audit procedure.* Process review and follow up (Capture the existing process, information collect & flow capture, analysis & flow review, redesign & report).* Channel satisfaction appraisal.* Appraisal of external regulatory affairs.* Policy & process develop.* TDS and VAT related support. Additional Responsibility:On 'Edison Properties Limited' (one of the sister concern of EDISON Group)* TDS and VDS deduct from vendors' bill.* Submission of TDS return u/s 75A of ITO 1984.* Submission of VDS return (Mushak-19). * Review the Financial Statement.
