 Improve overall factory efficiency through effective control of product flow from the product silos, packing machine up to the transit area. Improve overall product quality through implementation and sustenance of quality standard in terms of weight, appearance and coding. Provide leadership and support for all shop floor team assignment and project, especially in respect of TPM. Regularly audit the output from packing machine. Communicate all issues that need further attention to the shift manager and follow up with implementation. Ensure that down time are minimize by promptly reporting all break down to the maintenance crew.  Responsible for on the job training of factory operatives. Responsible for optimizing packaging material usage and minimizing losses. Implement good housekeeping and 5s concept across the packing floor  Enforce the usage of personal protective equipment

manage and supervise the daily activities of the fore court station,ensure good relationship between customer and attendance,ensure neatness of the forecourt station,achieve set target sales
