17 years experience in Process Design of Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Facilities. My engineering experience encompasses Conceptual, FEED and Detail engineering Design. Offshore/Onshore experience involves design/upgrading of Crude Oil Processing Platforms / Flow Station Design, hydrate Inhibition Study using methanol, Process Description of a Flow Station, Hydraulic Analysis, Pressure Safety valve sizing, control valve sizing, blowdown simulation, HYSYS and FLARENET simulations, tank farm facility design to mention but a few. Conversant with Oil and Gas Recommended Practices design codes and standards such as API Specification 12J, API RP 14E, API 2000, API RP 14C, API RP 520 Part I & II, API Standard 521 to mention a few.Pressure relief system calculation with iPRSM, Flare Hydraulic Network Analysis with FLARENET, Gas Dispersion Studies using PHAST, Flare Radiation Studies using FLARESIM, Steady State Modeling of Processes using PIPEPHASE, HYSYS and PIPESIM. Equipment sizing calculations (PSV, Pump, Vessel, Line, Control Valve etc.), blowdown and depressurization (Low Temperature) studies. Preparation of process flow diagrams (PFD’s) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s), preparation and updating of as-built P&ID’s and PFD’s, carry out site visits for data gathering. Participation in Process Design Reviews, HAZOP. Preparation of Safe chart, Process Datasheet Preparation, Methanol requirement for hydrate inhibition calculation, acoustic induced vibration studies.
